How Long Does it Take Start To Finish for a semi-custom home on a lot we like?
Select one of our inventory lots or expect 45 days for the lot purchase plus soil testing.
Before a 4 to 5 month time to build we have the preliminary design stage of 2 to 3 weeks with your input. Then engineering for the trusses of 2 weeks and an additional 2 weeks for general engineering.
Permits will take from 3 to 5 weeks depending on the governing body.
While we are in acquisition and construction we will work with you to prepare for your move or sale of your existing home.
Do you have rentals for short term if we sell our existing house before a new home is ready?
We have a short-term furnished townhouse rental on the golf course at Prescott Country Club with a minimum of 90 days. We have other rentals available in the area but call before you make the move. Rentals are on a first come first served basis. We do take reservations.

Do you have rental homes that fit the Designed for Access features?
We do not build spec homes for rental. But we have investors that would consider building for a long term tenant like you..
Can I have my own architect?
Yes. But we have designed our homes specifically for general handicapped features. We know what it takes to create the right features in just the right next home.
For more focused needs we can either use your architect or work through our designers and occupational therapist to bring in features that you might need.
Can you build in places other than Prescott?
Yes, we will work to design the project for you and then engage with a licensed contractor in your desired location. We can monitor the construction fee based.
Do you have a warranty?
Of course! Our friendly and knowledgeable contractor works with Arizona law requiring a multi-year warranty. New homes have lots of individual warranties included on appliances, heating and cooling equipment, and components like the roof.
Do you provide lending for construction or the end mortgage?
We can arrange for financing with one of our preferred lenders or we can use your funds for construction with funds and construction draws all paid through escrow.
Can you help us sell our current home?
Yes. C'Ann Simpson, our licensed Associate Broker and eXp Realty have a long standing solid reputation in the area. We also offer a free-to-the-seller service of vetting a local agent in your area to handle the sale of your home. Using our vetting service is wise because we know what questions to ask an agent before we make any recommendations for handling your sale. When we vet your selling agent we get statistics about time to sell so we can recommend the correct timing to make your move smooth and hassle free as possible. Timing is everything.
